Do you ever wish you could just call up your health-care provider, tell them your symptoms and have them call you in a prescription? Now you can! For some of those pesky little health issues, you can now see a provider face-to-face— without ever leaving home. Scheduling a telehealth appointment is the quick, easy way to get answers when you are unable to come to the office.
Scheduling a Telehealth
If you are a current patient, follow the simple steps below to start taking advantage of our telehealth appointments:
Step 1
Become a patient at one of our Kelly Goodman Group offices with at least one in office visit – Kelly Care, Promenade Primary Care, or Kelly Goodman, NP & Associates.
Step 2
Submit a request via the patient portal with the reason for your telehealth appointment, and the preferred date and time. Click here for our patient portal.
Step 3
Once your appointment request has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link and directions on how to access your appointment.
Step 4
5 minutes before you telehealth appointment follow the link to join the call.
Step 5
Enjoy your face-to-face visit!
Step 6
The provider will send in any referrals or prescriptions discussed during your visit and will charge your co-pay and bill your insurance for you, just like an office visit.

Telehealth is perfect for:
- Cold symptoms
- Rash
- Pink eye
- Allergies
- Sinus Infection
- Anxiety/Depression consult
- Nausea
- Headache or migraine
- Discuss test results

Telehealth is not appropriate for:
- Emergencies- call 911
- Severe or urgent conditions
- Prescription Refills for Controlled Substances
- Conditions requiring blood pressure monitoring
- Conditions that require a hands-on physical exam
